YIASUMI 3-in-1 Face and Body Massager Review
Three attachments for face, body, and eyes. All under $30. If you want to try lymphatic massage without committing to a premium device, this is where to start.
Medical disclaimer: Talk to your doctor before using lymphatic massage if you have any health conditions.
Quick verdict
Good entry-level kit. The face attachment works for jaw and cheek drainage. The vibration at the lowest speed is gentle enough for lymphatic work. The attachments loosen a bit with repeated use. At $28, it is the right starter set before committing to a higher-end tool.

The face contour attachment has a narrow, curved edge that follows the jawline and cheekbone. Use it with light upward and outward strokes. It is not as precisely shaped as a dedicated gua sha tool, but it delivers vibration simultaneously, which helps move fluid.
The body roller attachment is a small rolling ball that you press against arm and leg tissue. Roll it toward the nearest lymph node: up the arm toward the armpit, up the leg toward the groin. The vibration is stronger on this attachment because deeper tissue needs slightly more stimulation.
The eye area attachment is the smallest head. It vibrates very gently and is meant for the under-eye area only. Use the absolute lowest speed setting here.
Vibration quality at budget price
The YIASUMI vibrates at three speeds. Speed one is genuinely light: suitable for face and lymphatic work. Speed two is a bit strong for facial use but fine for the legs and arms. Speed three is too much for lymphatic drainage purposes. Stay on speed one or two.
The vibration is not as smooth as the COMFY or LifePro wands. There is a slight rattle quality at speeds two and three. This is typical for this price range. At speed one, it is smooth enough for comfortable use.
Attachment durability
After about three weeks of daily use, the attachments started to seat less firmly in the handle. They do not fall off during use but there is a slight wobble. Tightening the attachment firmly before each session solves it, but it is a minor annoyance.
If you are buying this as a longer-term tool, plan to upgrade within six months. As a starter kit or supplemental device, the durability is acceptable for the price.
